I ordered ink from these people and I have been waiting for 2 weeks and haven't recevied it yet but they have already charged my account for the money. The print out for the purchase said I was charged 26.17 and my card was charged 48.33. I've emailed them 5 times and I haven't received the 1st email yet. Looks like to me these people are theives.

Their site says 3 to 5 days. I have waited over a month now after my credit card was charged...

I have sent emails to the order dept. and customer services, with no reply whatsoever.

The only conclusion is that they have intentionally stolen from me, otherwise they would have responded to my polite requests for information regarding my order.

They were happy to respond to my emails requesting information prior to ordering... but once they had my money, all communication stopped.
