I have ordered from them 2-3 times and each time had a problem. The first problem involved receiving an empty box instead of my package, which they thankfully re-sent once they called the post office to make sure that I wasn't lying (I wasn't), and now I've ordered again -- 3 weeks ago, now -- and was told that it was sent airmail over 2 weeks ago and not only have I not received it but they are not returning my emails requesting they track it down.

Disgusting. I bought quite a bit of product and they've shut me out with no refund and no products.
