I ordered an bed in August, still waiting. tried calling their no. is possibily a premium rated. I sent no. of e-mails, no replys.

The only thing their good for is publicing their price to be cheaper then all others.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Am still waiting after 2 months for a mattress which as 'in stock'. Excuses, rude staff and complete lack of customer service. The only thing they can do at spead is take your money... Be WARNED!

I was attracted by their very competitive prices and placed an order.

Never received our invoice. Bed was delivered much later than they promised.

After-sales is worse - a nightmare! Staff is rude, manager is unprofessional. We wanted an upgrade to replace our existing faulty mattress, with the manufacturer saying we can do so at cost price. But they quoted a much higher price, and would not let us deal with the manufacturer ourselves.

I will now just get a refund and buy somewhere else where the customer service is decent. NOT RECOMMENDED at all. Don't be fooled by the low prices - you get what you pay for.

I ordered a mattress srom this company, they took payment on the day I ordered it, which was 6 weeks ago, I am still awaiting a mattress, after 6 phone calls, and being told four times, "its just being unloaded from the van as we speak".....I still await. The phone operators, have the most unwelcoming and unhelpful attitude I have ever come across. IF YOU WISH TO BUY A BED OR A MATRRESS I REALLY WOULD ADVISE AGAINST ORDERING ANYTHING FROM http://www.bedworld.net/ - UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND WAITING MONTHS AND MONTHS FOR A ONE PLUS A HUGE PHONE BILL!

I can simply say: if you want to have a headache, place your order. Pay this year - get next year. You are crediting the company for unlimited time.
Please, if you think the price is good and cheaper then elsewhere, believe me, it will be cheaper for you to pay more but you will be sure that you get your order at least in few weeks and not months!
