I ordered a pair of boots from Cotton Traders after recieving a catalogue in the post and using the order form in the catalogue, this was several weeks ago.I have since noticed that the cheque had been cashed approx ten days ago but no sign of the goods. As I ordered from the catalogue I do not have a customer number and without that I cannot get into their internet site to enquire what is happening. If I telephone the helpline (an 0870 number) I get a message saying that due to the high number of calls they recieve I have to wait until an operator is available (after many minutes of calling and goodness knows what cost I give up until the next day) - this is also the message one minute after their call centre opens in the morning.I have no address for them as the catalogue has been thrown out,so consequently have no means of contacting them, looks like they have got my money and I am unable to do anything about it.
