Read this before buying!!!

I purchased these miles on ebay. After purchasing them, the price in "cruisemiles" increased to the point where they had very little value and I could buy almost nothing. It's true, the cruisemiles are valid for a long time and some do not even have an expiry date. However they can and have increased in value significantly almost overnight and I lost the value of my miles. Beware!

Great Honeymoon on a tight budget

Would like to thank everyone at Cruisemiles for making my honeymoon so perfect. Money being so tight every part of our wedding was cutting corners but they made the perfect honeymoon available at a fraction of the price

Cruise Voucher

Got The shaft when they dropped Platinum Catagory

Bought a voucher 2 years ago. At the time a diamond voucher was middle rated and offered most 7 day cruises. Now they removed the lowest platinum category and made a new high end category. Now my Diamond voucher is the lowest of their vouchers. They recently insisted that this was not the case and i asked then why, under the new miles system do you give 20,000 miles for platinum AND Diamond if they are not the same. I am still waiting for a reply. Cant stand this shift in policy as now I cant get ANY 7 day cruises anymore, just 2-3 weekend jaunts to the Caribbean...very poor way to treat customers. they should have at least phased the Platinum out before they down graded my Diamond voucher!
