Pretty good

I have ordered and payed a product to Dolphin Music and the day later they received my bank transfer, I have been asked to pay 20% because the last product available has been sold and they can not propose me the same price anymore.

Do not trust them about their availability !!
Do not trust their price , they will increase them to 20 % after you
paid and ask you to pay the difference !!
You will loose money with your bank transfer and time and you will not
get your product !!

pros: best price, good products
cons: bad delivery time (6 weeks); weak customer care (customer avoidance) team

Buying at Dolphin's leads really to some special experiences.

Certainly, they make the best price on the web - no doubts about it: I saved €100 compared to my lowest German offer.
But what was new for me, is that I had to pay for that advantage, not with money, but with waisting my time:

- After ordering, anything looked fine. The only thing to complain about was, that they offered Paypal in their advertising, but at check out, this option was lost and I paid by credit card

- After one week, when looking at the online tracking, I detected a problem with my order and I was assured, to get an email.

- I got no email. I was sending them emails - no answer, but the money was booked from my credit card account.

- At the beginning of april, in order to save my money, I asked my credit card bank, what to do to get the money back and as a last trial I sent an email, asking dolphin, why ordering is such a mess - and unbelievable: I got an answer, saying that they had send me the "famous mail"
In that mail, they desribe, before sending me the goods I had to prove my identity.
It was really strange: they took my money but they want deliver only after validating my identity!
- After sending them a copy of my passport, they delivered extremly fast and reliable - and I got further tracking emails (maybe, because they came from their system and not from their staff).

- And until today no apologies from Dolphins

So, if someone likes give away prices and has time enough to battle with their customer care staff (sorry, customer avoidance staff) or even has a bent for sado maso, he/she should order there.
