Great service and the cheapest I could find

I feel that I must comment on Gear-zone. I ordered a Vaude Jura 24 Silver/Lapis and I have taken delivery of the goods this morning and I am very pleased with what I see.
Prompt service. I shall not hesitate to use them again.

Non-delivery of goods

My order of 14th Feb took almost 4 weeks before they told me it was still out of stock, and would be another 14 working days before I could expect anything.
I have cancelled my order but heard nothing.
It is very difficult to contact customer services - 01603410108 in case you need it - but they seem to just stall you when you do ring up. I will be avoiding this website in future.
