Great Customer Service new

Little problem and they sorted straight away.

I would like to say that i am really impressed with the service from Golf247. I had a problem with the couriers damaging my club, and golf247 got the club swapped the next day. Thank you very much and i will be back.

NEVER. EVER. use these poeple new

I ordered two pairs of shoes with them last Sept to see which would fit best. One pair arrived - the other never did. Several emails and phone calls were made trying to to track down the other shoes. Left messages with someone who always said they'd get someone to phone me back. For a month, no-one EVER did. Finally got to speak to someone who said they'd be lost in the post. It took six weeks to find this out.
I returned the original shoes as they were slightly too large, and am STILL waiting for a refund! NEVER ever order from these guys. Absolute cowboys. Terrible customer service. Doubt if they even stock half what they say they do.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Very bad experience

I ordered a pair of golf shoes size 10 standard width. Available quantity website 24 pcs! I received shoes size 10 1/2 wide version which were of no use to me. I complained and they asked me to return the shoes and they promised me to refund the postage cost. So I did. Few days later I checked the status of the order and I saw that my order was cancelled.
They never sent me the shoes I ordered. They refunded me the cost of the shoes but not the cost for returning the parcel. They say they did but 3 weeks later I still haven't received the refund.
These people can't be trusted. Don't buy from them!

Watch out for golf247

After ordering four golfclubs and an umbrella, delivery was quick. But then I noticed that on one of the clubs the had a stiff shaft instead of the ordered regular. Mistakes can be made of course, but since the little S-sticker (for stiff) was removed carefully from the clubhead wrapping, I had a feeling this was done deliberately. Also, they just threw in another umbrella than ordered. I asked 247 to replace with the right goods, and was told the correct goods would be shipped the same day, requesting me to return the faulty goods. I was not really surprised to never receive anything.... be warned! Pricebustergolf.co.uk is another tradename of Titus UK, I suppose they won't be any better.
