I placed an order on 16th January 2007, and have not received it yet. The site says that the orders will be recieved within 2 days, it is now 8 days later and nothing. The site also states that you should check with the post office before contacting customer services (you dont get a response from then anyway), but they give you no tracking number! What is the point?

I have sent numerous emails via the HQ Hair website, but received no response. I've forwarded my email to an order clerk and received no response. I've made 3 requests that someone call me, yet no call. The service from HQ Hair is shocking to say the least. I've paid for my order yet received NOTHING. I have exhausted every avenue of trying to make contact, and I am now completely appalled by the pathetic level of service that HQ Hair renders. On the order line the message says that HQ Hair value the caller's custom, which is absolute rubbish, judging from the service I have received.

I have read similar reviews, but wish that I had seen them before making the purchase!

My delivery was meant to take 24 -48 hours
I ordered it on the 18th December
and its now the 23rd and it still hasnt come. It is a christmas present and I am very dissapointed.
