Harrods is the best department store that i have ever been to. The staff there are helpful, cheerful, delighted to help me. Mohamed Al Fayed is a lucky man to own this store. Without you Mohamed Al Fayed i think store wouldn't have done good. Thank you Harrods for a good experience to my life.

Dreadful! couldn't view any health and beauty products, wanted a fully operation brand boutique to visit, best I could see was a lot of silly teddy bears! Nothing online. Not worth the time.
