My experience of attempting to buy a resin garden shed from Homebase has been about as bad as it can get. Having waited over 5 weeks for delivery they then delivered two boxes as anticipated. Only one problem! One box was for one size of shed whilst the other box was for a completely different size of shed. Here I now am, nine weeks after ordering this £400 shed and I have had to cancel the order because Homebase still cannot tell me when I might expect the replacement shed. What a complete shower of incompetents. They do not deserve to be in business. The only thing they were any good at was continually saying sorry. And after all this I still had to argue to get back the delivery charge. WILL I SHOP AT HOMEBASE ON LINE AGAIN? DEFINITELY NOT!
