After a few weeks a letter was sent through to advise me the product is out of stock and delay is expected.
2 weeks later the stuff arrived BUT a replacement good. It meant to be equivalent but I couldn't work out how an unbranded kitchenware be "equivalent" to TEFAL.
I returned the item and was charged for P&P.
So, what did I get at the end? No goods, P&P charged and numerous 0870 calls.
