How can you not be delighted with the service offered by the UKs premier wine merchant! The wines are consistantly fantastic and amazingly good value for money. People are starting to believe the hype that supermarkets are putting out there, and not realising that the wines they are getting (Particularly Aussie wines) are all mass produced and over priced. In essence these are the wines that the country are happy to let go of. With Tony Laithwaites contacts (Long time friend of Andre Roux and the McPherson family of Australia to name but two) you know you are getting something special and it gives you a great feeling to know the wines you are getting are so exclusive. I have on only on two occaisions had a corked bottle, and we all know this is unavoidable, and both times I was sent replacement bottles along with a credit note.
