Still Waiting!

In January, I bought a beautiful mirror on-line as not kept in stock in shops.The money was taken from my debit card immediately. I was told 5 weeks delivery. Aften further enquiries I was given the date, March 10, so stayed in till 4pm - No mirror.
Emailed customer services - reply said they take 5 working days to respond!! Still waiting for their reply.
Telephoned Laura Ashley to say it would now be May before delivery - no apology, nothing in writing, no firm date.
Have a look round M&S , John Lewis, DunElm. Much cheaper, and extremely attentive service. Laura Ashley appear to have turned into a Mickey Mouse outfit.

Lighting problems

Extremely poor product quality and customer service. I ordered a ceiling lamp and it arrived broken - crystal droppers missing, stichting undone. They tried to correct this 3 times and each time it was damaged. They had no solution - did not offer to spot check the item before delivery - absolutely rubbish. Also had 2 other problems in the past 12 months on table lamps from them - both faulty. They tried to tell me that in the first example above, I was the only one that had complained - yeah right.

Late delivery online shop (no delivery?)

Hopeless! I am still waiting 18 days later for an order - when i asked what was wrong online i had to wait days for a reply, when it arrived it said 'Due to a successful sale, we now anticipate delivery within the next 7 - 10 days' what does that mean - a successful sale? It looks like a cut and paste and is also inappropriate. So I still have 10 days to wait - and I ordered Christmas decorations - I will never never use them again, how can they be so bad when they are so famous?

Poor Quality and Abysmal Customer Service

Never Again

I paid in full for two matching leather sofas on 01 July, they were not delivered until 09 September. One was completely the wrong colour and the other broken. Letters and e-mails went unanswered and customer services hung up when I asked to speak to a manager. There are serious problems with quality control and customer services, well into October and no satisfaction.
