Shop online at Novatech Computers

Placed an order for £1600 worth of computer components including LCD TV using their online finance (V12 finance excellent service really first class)on 1st Feb 2006. Loan docs recieved by finance company following tuesday 7th Feb and approved, confirmation sent to Novatech they could release goods was sent the same day . Its now the 11th of Feb and not a peep from Novatech, online tracking is a joke with one item (case) listed as 'due today' for three days - thurs fri and sat another item (processor) is listed as 'at suppliers' on tracking but 'in stock' on the main site page and two other items (surge protector and hard disks)constantly list as being 'at suppliers'. What REALLY annoys me is the case was in stock after finance company confirmed the order could go ahead was not reserved and available stock was subsequently sold to someone else i can appreciate Novatech not reserving stock while there is doubt the finance will be approved or even taken up by customers but from what i can gather they do not reserve ANY item for multiple item orders until the WHOLE order is in stock yet dont seem to be able to get stock from their suppliers in good time (not paying off previous months trade account with suppliers perhaps? suppliers refusing further delivery until they get paid?). They also dont seem to be too concerned with replying to requests sent via their website message service either. will post further updates/review until situation settled or I give up cancel the whole order and go to Dabs.
