Recently bought the Pentax K20D (body only), Including Charger, Lithium battery (description exactly the same as on their website).
I have received the incomplete order on 23-03-2009, as there were missing from Pentax K20D (body only) the following items:
- Operating Manual in English, as I live in UK not France, as it was in French!
- Quick Guide
- PENTAX PHOTO Browser 3/PENTAX PHOTO Laboratory 3 Operating Manual
- PENTAX REMOTE Assistant 3 Operating Manual
- Rechargeable lithium-ion battery
- Battery charger

Sent the item back and they still processing exchange.

Through online forms I am getting only crap answers like "please wait for some days as the warehouse didn't get the my item yet", but if the people want to do the business properly the UPS URL proves that the item has been delivered to their warehouse.

I tried to file the PayPal claim but PayPal doesn't support the complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received even, if it's even empty box!!!!

Pixmania delivery and customer support sucks!

I bought a digital camera and paid for DHL Express 24h delivery. After 24 hours, the order was not still with Pixmania and I called their customer support demanding an explanation. They impolitely answered that I had not read their terms and conditions, which should say that I should allow an additional 24 hours for backlog. Further, they explained that it would not be possible to deliver my order in 48 hours because DHL was not shipping on Saturday, so I would get it next Monday.
Thus, paying for DHL express service all I got was a delivery, which took more that 96 hours - shame on Pixmania!

ipod

I bought an Ipod photo 60 GB from Pixmania, attracted by the price and a promise of free 24 h delivery. It arrived 60 h later with a European power plug and French and German user manuals. When I phoned them (they were helpful), they said that the Ipod was French specification and that I would have been alerted to this if I had clicked the link to technical information on their website. As I knew the technical spec of the ipod, I hadn't done this. They chose not to display important information for customers prominantly on their website which seems a bit dishonest. Their remedy was to provide a link to a free download of the English manual and to send a 3 pin adapter (FOC). I wouldn't order from them again.

Xmas present delivered player arrived faulty. Returned. 3 months later replacement arrived. Guess what - faulty too. Am none too pleased with pixmania

I recently purchased my camera from pixmania and was very satisfied with their whole system of ordering. The camera was delivered next day as promised and, one can even track the delivery process on line.Would use this company again most definately.
