Terrible customer service. No confirmation of order, order still hadn't shipped after two weeks. I emailed and called to find out the status and never got a reply. Finally called back to cancel my order (found something I liked better elsewhere, anyway!), and THEN I heard from them....only to confirm my cancellation. Jeez! How does a shop like that stay in business!?
