awful service they should pull the plug on this company

I have the misfortune to have ordered from this (company?)splashdvd or toppers or whatever they call themselves at the moment. They take your money on the day of your order then make you wait not 3-5 days as they advertise but 3-5 weeks or in the case of one item going on for 4 months! Don't say you have not been warned - Do not be taken in by their cheap prices - you most likely won't get it!
