I know Tchibo from Germany and have found them to be good value for money and generally have an interesting range of products which change regularly. However their aftersales service is awful. Try as I might I've found it almost impossible to get the simplest thing done as they misread/ignore emails. I was promised a refund on a product eventually , but after a large amount of subsequent correspondence with them I've found it impossible to get my money back. Hopeless! Try to deal with the shop and not mail order!
Poor service and none delivery

Sure is a new experience. Order placed on November 23rd. 2 weeks, no delivery Took 3 days of phoning + an e mail. They value your custom, but cut you off after the second time they tell you this. Eventually get through had to fill in a form confirming I had not got the goods, and so wanted my money back. They received the form but no money. 2 phone calls later still no money, though they keep telling me they are sorry, and its now the 26th Of Jan. When I asked to speak to a higher authority, no one is available, and you cannot write to the MD because no one knows who he is.

I personaly have had really back customer service with this compnay - I have place two orders, the first was out of stock, the second they 'forgot' to send out, then sent the item and it was returned fo an unknown reason. The reason for the low score is that they dont tell you when this happens, no email to say there is no stock or they got it wrong. Plenty of alternative shops!
