LastMinute rip off

A quick tour of the web and comments by recent visitors shows that the hotel has not minimised disruption at all and the service delivered is less than 1* - yellow water in the bathrooms, workmen outside the window, plaster rubble on the floor, hard hats next to the beds etc. Lastminute.com were unhelpful - they don't provide a contact number and their email response time is very slow. They refused to contact the hotel or do anything to resolve the matter even though it was for a honeymoon. In the end we contacted the hotel directly who were extremely helpful and offered a transfer/full refund - couldn't recommend the Raddison group enough but the lastminute.com deal is just a rip off and they don't know the meaning of customer service.
