After several emails backwards and forwards, someone finally took responsibility and agreed ro issue a refund to me. They also waived and return of the books. However, I still feel overall the service I received was extremely poor. And it should not have taken a prolongued battle to obtain the most basic of customer service.

Placed Order January - 3 items - 1 was out of stock - they took my money at intial point of order and not when sent - contacted them a month later to find out status - was told one out of stock was unlikely to be reprinted - I decided to cancel whole order - did this ten minutes after being told I was unlikely to receive - got 3 individual emails telling me these items were cancelled - I then spent lots of time sourcing the items elsewhere and found in stock and cheaper at other locations - then I received an email from pickabook telling me 2 of the items had been dispatched including the one that was unlikely to be received again - pickabook refused to allow these items to be returned or issue a refund - They even sent me a mail suggesting I returned items to the other places I had bought from after I had cancelled their order. What kind of company does business like this?
