Design: Mario TaepperDescription: The floor lamp Newton by Lumina is an elegant and rational floor lamp with the double function of providing a diffused light for a room together with soft and relaxing reading light thanks to an optic fibre arm. Light intensity can be regulated with two rotating dimmers to obtain the correct light quantity in all occasions. It is therefore possible to enjoy a setting where the dark of the room allows concentrating attention on the reading light, a situation with a half-lighted room and also a strong and stimulating lighting that can be provide by the 250W halogen lamp with screw coupling located in the diffuser. The glass diffuser and the four different finish comply with a painted steel or precious black marble basis in a sober and durable entsemble. Both lighting sources are separately dimmable. The fibre optic reading arm can be completely hidden into the body. On request the lamp can be completed with a rotating clear glass-shelf. The lamp is delivered by default without this glass-shelf.
